Job Description
The Engineering Administrator will provide essential support for the Aftermarket Engineering Department, focusing on document and project management. The role involves ensuring effective document control and providing project oversight to maintain smooth operations within the engineering department.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Engineering Department Document System.
- Review and update documents for accuracy.
- Advise the department on access and changes to requirement documents.
- Support training and qualification processes for department personnel.
- Create and maintain tracking tools for task completion related to document management.
- Establish and maintain record retention timelines.
- Support the development of the AMO Engineering SharePoint.
- Ensure responsible parties complete tasks throughout the entire project.
- Communicate project status to the organization.
- Host internal and external meetings as required.
- Ensure milestones are met through oversight of project vehicles and resource coordination.
- Work collaboratively with other departments and external entities impacting the project.
- Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through project completion.
