Endpoint Security Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Endpoint Security Engineer to join our enterprise security team, focusing on the health, configuration, and support of endpoint protection tools in a high-security, high-availability environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional settings and is passionate about endpoint security, policy enforcement, and infrastructure stability.

Candidates must be able to work on W2, no C2C at this time

Hybrid Work Schedule: 3 days onsite - Charlotte, NC

Top Skills:

• 2–3 years of experience with CrowdStrike (policy implementation, exclusions, monitoring)

• 2–5 years of experience with McAfee tools: ePO, ENS, Application Control (whitelisting), DLPe

• Hands-on experience with ePO configuration, policy management, exclusions, and system tree

• Familiarity with BitLocker and Cyber Gatekeeper

• Strong understanding of Active Directory and endpoint support

• Experience with SQL Server and ITSM tools like Remedy is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support endpoint security tools including CrowdStrike and McAfee suite

• Monitor system health, implement policies and exclusions, and manage product upgrades

• Support infrastructure components such as BitLocker and Cyber Gatekeeper

• Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and product managers to resolve complex issues

• Provide second-level support for desktop break/fix and endpoint-related incidents

• Document configurations, troubleshooting steps, and support procedures
