TEKsystems is supporting a client actively hiring for customer care specialists for a hybrid role in Swedesboro, NJ. This position will interact with customers and process their prescription orders. Applicants with strong customer service skills and available to work an evening shift, 11:30am-8pm, are encouraged to apply.


Description

  • Provide strong communication and empathy to customers
  • Efficiently navigate systems to provide service in a timely fashion
  • Ability to critically think and react to different customer situations
  • Ability to interact with team members across different departments
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude


Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Data entry and administration skills
  • Must be willing to get a NJ pharmacy technician license during the training period
  • Prior call center experience preferred


Additional details:

  • Monday-Friday
  • Hybrid schedule- 3 days remote, 2 days onsite
  • 6 week on-site training required
  • 1 Saturday/month once the training period is complete
  • Contract to hire opportunity
  • Full company benefits and 401K
