Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for large-scale commercial construction projects across Southern Nevada. This role is essential in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all on-site construction activities from project start-up through final punch-out. Promote and enforce a strong safety culture among subcontractors and site personnel. Ensure quality control by identifying and resolving subcontractor deficiencies. Maintain and manage the project schedule, identifying and tracking critical path activities. Facilitate coordination and communication among subcontractors and vendors. Collaborate with the design team and ownership to resolve challenges and unforeseen conditions. Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals. Prepare and submit daily progress reports and weekly schedule updates Project Scope & Clients: Higher Education & K-12 School Districts Municipal & Government Facilities Healthcare Systems Commercial Developments Project sizes range from $10,000 to over $100 million in construction value.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

-Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Building Superintendent, preferably in Southern Nevada. -Strong knowledge of structural concrete and structural steel components. -General understanding of MEP systems, underground civil utilities, and earthwork. -Familiarity with public works construction processes and requirements. -Understanding of interior and exterior finishes and their sequencing. -Proficiency with Procore construction management software. -Ability to pass a background check.
