Job Description:
- Review referral documents for accuracy and completeness
- Create patient profiles from scanned or faxed documents
- Check prescriptions for clinical accuracy
- Contact providers for missing information or clarifications
- Document progress clearly for team visibility
- Enter new provider information into the system
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 10:00am-7:00pm
- Training period will be 9:00am-6:00pm
Pay/benefits:
- $23/hour during reverification season
- Health, dental, and vision
- 401K
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician
- PTCB Certification
- Texas State Pharmacy License
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
