100% Remote - Equipment Provided
Pay Rate: $17/hr
Schedule: Must have availability Monday-Saturday 6:45am-7:15pm EST
Anticipated Start Date: October 14th 2025
2- 3 Month Contract
Description
- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience
- Answer customer calls
- Reset Passwords
- Assist with creating accounts
- Uploading documents
- Answering general questions
- Engage with customers over the phone and reply to online chat inquiries
- Help customers manage their accounts
- Verify eligibility for coverages/review healthcare options etc.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years remote call center experience
- Must be able to troubleshoot issues they face with equipment while working from home (Internet Familiarization Assessment required)
- Must have reliable internet connection (not compatible with T-Mobile internet)
