What You’ll Do:
- 🔧 Install and configure conduit, wiring, network cabling, and fiber for IT equipment and workstations.
- 🧪 Build and test custom network cables and ensure reliable connectivity.
- 🖥️ Rack IT equipment and make precise point-to-point network and fiber connections.
- 📋 Use ServiceNow to manage tickets and project workflows—learn how enterprise IT gets done.
- 🛠️ Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure issues with guidance from senior techs.
- 📐 Follow schematics and diagrams to complete installations and repairs.
- 🧰 Oversee contractors and ensure work meets technical standards and project scope.
- 🔍 Identify system deficiencies and recommend improvements.
- 🔄 Collaborate on upgrades and repairs to infrastructure systems.
- 🌐 Operate and maintain building automation and monitoring systems in a SCADA environment.
- 🚨 Be part of a rotating on-call team for emergency infrastructure support.
- 🧭 Take on other exciting duties as assigned—no two days are the same!
What You Bring:
