🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the go-to expert for three key manufacturing applications: 
  • One app has 14 unique installs
  • Another has 6 variations
  • The third is used differently across divisions
• Handle incoming support calls related to process questions or application hiccups
• Guide users through application usage and troubleshoot issues with patience and clarity
• Collaborate with vendors, dig into documentation, and test environments to crack complex problems
• Embrace a dynamic environment where no two days are the same

• Familiarity with ERP systems (especially Kiwiplan or Amtech)
