💵 What You'll Earn

• Starting pay is $27.00 to $30.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
• $1,000 hiring bonus on your first paycheck
• $5,000 worth of stay-on bonus in your first year of employment (Paid out over the course of a year)
• Regular wage increases based on performance and experience

🗓 Schedule

• Full-time, Monday-Friday (5x8 schedule)
• Occasional Saturdays as needed
• Home daily - no long hauls or overnights

🎯 What You'll Do

• Safely operate a garbage truck on local routes
• Collect waste and recyclables from homes and businesses
• Follow route sheets and work independently with minimal supervision
• Perform daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance
• Deliver outstanding, courteous customer service every day

🔧 What You'll Need

• A valid Class B CDL with air brake endorsement (minimum)
• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience
• A clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
