Job Description
Will be supporting the appliance sales and service department, collecting on unpaid retail purchases. Responsible for taking inbound and making outbound calls to customers. Not hard collections, soft type of collection calls. Reps will also support the customer service side of the department on as as needed basis.
Qualifications
2+ years of recent collections experience
3+ years of call center experience or inbound/outbound calls experience
3+ years of customer support/service experience.
Some type of collections experience is required, no matter the industry.
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm.
Must be willing to work onsite.
Compensation:$20
