Our customer is currently migrating from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and has a backlog of desktop support requests that they're needing help with. They've asked us to provide them with a couple Desktop Support Technicians to help with that backlog and the continual Desktop support needs. These are contract roles through March of 2026 with a very strong likelihood of extension beyond that. Qualified candidates will bring a minimum of 2-3 years of recent Desktop experience and specifically supporting a WIN10 or WIN11 environment.
Day to day: these candidates will be dispatched across several different environments providing end user support surrounding the WIN10 to WIN11 migration. These resources will be responding to tickets being generated from this migration and providing technical desktop support to the users. This could result in deployment of hardware, imaging and providing level 1-2 support to the user base. They utilize a ticketing system that these resources will be working within.
