Warehouse & Parts Delivery Associate (Customer-Facing Role)

Location: Daily warehouse reporting | Local routes (Cullman OR Decatur/Hartselle)

Pay: $18–$20/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Openings: 2 (Cullman route & Decatur/Hartselle route)

CDL Required: ❌ No CDL required

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse & Parts Delivery Associate to support daily warehouse operations and provide professional, customer-facing deliveries. This role reports to the warehouse each morning, pulls and prepares customer orders, loads delivery vehicles, and completes 2–4 local deliveries per day. Candidates are paid while driving and will use a company-provided tablet for routing and customer signatures.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of warehouse work, driving, and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the warehouse daily to begin shift
• Pick tickets and pull customer orders accurately
• Package, stage, and load parts into delivery van
• Complete 2–4 local deliveries per day (route-dependent)
• Interact professionally with customers during deliveries
• Obtain customer signatures using a company-provided tablet
• Use tablet/GPS for delivery directions and route tracking
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Skills & Experience

Required Skills:

• Driving (clean driving record required)
• Inventory handling
• Picking & pulling orders
• Loading & unloading materials
• General warehouse / material handling
• Customer-facing communication

Preferred Experience:

• Warehouse or parts distribution
• Delivery driver experience
• RF scanner or barcode scanning
• Forklift experience (a plus, not required)

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Madison, AL.

The pay range for this position is $37400.00 - $41600.00/yr.
