We are seeking skilled Avionics Technicians to perform modifications, assembly, and installations on CN 235 and CN212 Aircraft. This position offers an indefinite contract with the potential to convert to a direct role. Candidates should have an avionics background with modification experience. While turbo prop experience is preferred, it is not a requirement. Similarly, fixed-wing experience is preferred over rotary wing, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities- Perform aircraft modifications, assembly, and installations on CN 235 and CN212 models.
- Install and troubleshoot avionics systems and harnesses.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and wiring diagrams to ensure accurate installations.
- Work in collaboration with team members to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
- 3+ years of avionics experience required.
- Experience with modifications, assembly, and installation processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.
- 5+ years of avionics experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with turbo prop or fixed wing aircraft is advantageous.
- No license required.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mobile, AL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
