Position Summary...
This Program Manager role is designed to lead large-scale, complex initiatives within Walmart's Seller Fulfilled Services (SFS) post-purchase experience. It emphasizes data-driven decision-making, strong knowledge of e-commerce shipping and fulfillment platforms, and a customer-first approach to building scalable, delightful post-purchase solutions.

What you'll do...

Key Responsibilities

Program & Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate with senior executives, product, engineering, and strategy teams.
  • Manage ambiguity by aligning on KPIs and key business outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration, issue resolution, and program tracking.
Execution & Delivery
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously with discipline and organization.
  • Drive root-cause analysis, milestone monitoring, and weekly performance reporting to leadership.
  • Ensure scalability and quality at Walmart's Fortune 1 operational scale.
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
  • Measure program success through KPIs, ROI analysis, customer feedback, and cross-functional reviews.
  • Identify gaps, propose solutions, and recommend process improvements.
People Leadership
  • Hire, mentor, and develop associates.
  • Create a culture of belonging, accountability, and recognition.
  • Promote continuous learning and development.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Bellevue, Washington US-11075:The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00-$156,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00



















Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 4 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
