Bellevue, Washington US-11075:The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00-$156,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Program & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with senior executives, product, engineering, and strategy teams.
- Manage ambiguity by aligning on KPIs and key business outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration, issue resolution, and program tracking.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously with discipline and organization.
- Drive root-cause analysis, milestone monitoring, and weekly performance reporting to leadership.
- Ensure scalability and quality at Walmart's Fortune 1 operational scale.
- Measure program success through KPIs, ROI analysis, customer feedback, and cross-functional reviews.
- Identify gaps, propose solutions, and recommend process improvements.
- Hire, mentor, and develop associates.
- Create a culture of belonging, accountability, and recognition.
- Promote continuous learning and development.
- Respect the Individual: Build inclusive, high-performing teams.
- Act with Integrity: Model ethics, transparency, and compliance.
