The Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis leads the development and execution of comprehensive financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency. About the team:
The Center of Excellence FP&A team operates at an enterprise level, delivering optimized financial cycle execution across segments. As internal consultants, the team combines strong financial expertise with system knowledge to support business finance partners daily. We drive strategic financial planning, predictive analytics, and project management to enhance decision-making and performance. The team collaborates closely with stakeholders to provide actionable insights, streamline processes, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Our focus on continuous improvement and effective communication enables the organization to achieve financial goals and sustain operational excellence.

What you'll do...

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic business goals.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive growth and efficiency.
• Develop and communicate business plans, priorities, and contingency strategies to stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor a team, fostering development and ensuring alignment with performance standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to influence business decisions and optimize financial outcomes.
• Oversee data management practices to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and systems.

What you'll bring:

• Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting methodologies with an ability to adopt knowledge to unique business cases.
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial statement analysis, key performance indicators, and business metrics.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects using established project management tools and techniques.
• Skilled in predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and advanced financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills to influence business growth and align financial strategies.
• Proficiency in business intelligence, financial systems, and ad hoc analysis to optimize performance and mitigate risks.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
