About the Role
As a Project Manager supporting our Realty organization, you'll play a critical role in managing and delivering multiple initiatives across diverse project streams. You'll be instrumental in supporting business objectives by partnering closely with cross-functional teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.

- Develop and Maintain Stakeholder Relationships:
Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to educate, align on requirements, assess costs, establish ROI, and secure resource commitments. Create and execute communication plans that keep everyone informed and engaged. - Manage Projects End-to-End:
Build project plans, schedules, and status updates, ensuring alignment with established objectives and project management standards. Tackle issues proactively, monitor budgets, and make adjustments to keep initiatives on track. - Drive Accountability and Results:
Oversee multiple projects and work streams, ensuring execution of tasks, timely delivery, and smooth transitions between project phases. Identify changes early and escalate for leadership input when needed. - Foster Excellence and Team Development:
Attract, mentor, and develop associates; provide recognition; and create a workplace where everyone feels respected and empowered to succeed. - Champion Culture and Compliance:
Uphold company values, ethics, and standards of integrity. Guide teams to leverage digital tools and new ways of working, always striving for continuous improvement. - Act as a Change Agent:
