Data Ventures New Markets transforms Walmart's extensive data assets into actionable products for suppliers and merchants. Leveraging first-party Walmart data and insights from Scintilla, the team enables partners to better understand customer needs and enhance omnichannel operations efficiently. The group focuses on data-driven product strategies, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement to deliver impactful solutions. Team members apply advanced analytics, product roadmapping, and project management techniques to support innovation and growth. This dynamic environment fosters clear communication and strategic decision-making to drive value across Walmart's ecosystem.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

What you'll do:
- Lead meetings with internal business stakeholders and participate in sessions with external clients to understand their data needs and translate requirements into actionable and incremental solutions built to scale.
 - Conduct thorough research to identify available data and evaluate opportunities to bring it to life within Data Ventures.
 - Define and document functional and non-functional requirements, track prioritization and timely delivery through partnership with Engineering, Design, and Data stewardship teams.
 - Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing of functional requirements.
 - Define and shape roadmap and long-term vision for the data products owned
 - Communicate status updates and identify risks and blockers to product launch timelines.
 - Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert for Walmart's data and evangelize the value proposition of this data for Merchants & Suppliers.
 - Track the value delivered and adoption of our products.
 
- Proven expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, and project management using Agile methodologies.
 - Strong data analysis skills to drive product decisions and evaluate key performance metrics such as adoption, churn, and customer satisfaction.
 - Ability to identify customer needs through journey mapping, user feedback, and process optimization techniques.
 - Experience supporting product discovery, hypothesis testing, and MVP creation aligned with business strategies.
 - Effective stakeholder management and communication skills to build consensus and influence cross-functional teams.
 - Familiarity with emerging technology trends and domain-specific best practices to identify innovation opportunities.
