Position Summary...
As the Senior Director of Testing & Deployment, you will play a critical leadership role in our omni-channel transformation journey. Reporting into the VP, Omni Club Transformation, this position is responsible for designing and driving the strategic vision, processes, and operational execution of all testing and deployment initiatives across our end-to-end club ecosystem.
You'll ensure the quality, stability, and effectiveness of new features, tools, and processes that impact both our associates and members. Your focus will span from early intake and prioritization to real-world deployment and continuous improvement-ensuring that innovations land well and deliver tangible value.
This role is ideal for a highly strategic operator who thrives at the intersection of tech, people, and process. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners-particularly the Operations team-to embed new ways of working that elevate our frontline execution and member experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

What you'll do...
- Own the strategic roadmap for testing and deployment efforts across clubs and associate tools
- Build and lead a high-performing team that manages pilots, A/B testing, and scaled rollouts
- Partner with business units to ensure initiatives are prioritized, tested rigorously, and deployed efficiently
- Design and establish testing protocols, success metrics, and a framework for feedback and iteration
- Develop an intake and governance model to balance speed and stability across initiatives
- Serve as the voice of operational readiness in all transformation efforts
- Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Ops, and Change Management teams to capture feedback and ensure adoption and impact
- 10+ years of experience in retail operations, transformation, or program deployment, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex pilots and scaled deployments
- Strong understanding of omni-channel retail, associate workflows, and operational change management
- Experience establishing prioritization frameworks and intake models for testing new solutions
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple concurrent initiatives
