Job Summary
The Manager, Health and Wellness Enrollment Services oversees the timely and accurate submission of provider and facility enrollment applications to payers and government agencies. This role ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, monitors enrollment lifecycle activities, manages performance metrics, and leads a team focused on operational excellence and provider satisfaction.

About the Team
You will be part of the Health and Wellness Provider Enrollment Services team, responsible for supporting provider and facility enrollment activities across various payer networks. The team ensures regulatory compliance, maintains operational efficiency, and fosters collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful enrollment outcomes.

What You'll Do
-Lead a team of analysts to execute large-scale enrollment projects, oversee system updates, conduct root cause analyses, and manage reporting on key metrics such as productivity and quality across the team. - Oversee the submission and monitoring of provider and facility enrollment applications to payers and state/federal agencies. - Manage enrollment lifecycle activities such as re-enrollment, re-validation, and document submission to ensure uninterrupted claims processing. - Track and report on team KPIs related to performance, capacity, and growth, while identifying improvement opportunities. - Communicate with payers to resolve enrollment issues and escalate as needed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance enrollment systems, tools, and playbooks. - Develop and maintain training materials, process documentation, and operational playbooks for team effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in provider enrollment, healthcare compliance, or payer relations.
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
- Knowledge of federal and state payer enrollment and billing regulations.

- You've implemented automation or digital transformation initiatives to improve enrollment efficiency.
- You can forecast trends, identify process gaps, and proactively mitigate risks to maintain business continuity. - You have advanced proficiency in reporting and analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, and BigQuery, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
- You foster a culture of continuous improvement, belonging, and accountability within your team.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, accounting, economics, or related area and 1 years' experience in revenue cycle management, billing, payer enrollment, or related area.
Option 2: 3 years' experience in revenue cycle management, billing, payer enrollment, or related area.
Prior experience in eligibility and insurance verification processes, provider enrollment, and EDI practices.
Prior experience in enrolling providers and facilities in commercial and government plans across all 50 states
