Position Summary...
We are seeking a Manager, Data Analytics to support the Data & Analytics function within Walmart's Last Mile Delivery (LMD) Trust & Safety (T&S) organization. This role entails managing a team of Data Analysts, writing SQL queries and structuring data tables optimal for business use or visualizations, working with cross-functional stakeholders to develop KPIs and metrics to track the status of their projects, and collaborating with the Senior Manager to strategize long-term initiatives to champion data quality. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success leading data analysts and managing people, excellent communication skills, and managing and delivering on high impact projects.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

What you'll do...
- Lead and develop a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of high performance and belonging.
- Drive adoption of analytics best practices and continuous learning and improvement opportunities on the team.
- Independently manage and execute complex analytics projects by serving as a technical lead, collaborating with cross-functional partners to define project scope, developing contingency plans and advanced modeling approaches, assessing key risks, and communicating actionable insights.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with privacy and security standards.
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics) or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience managing people / data analysts OR 4+ years of demonstrated experience in a project management/leadership role
- Proficiency using SQL and other coding languages (Python, R), ETL tools (Dataiku, Tableau prep builder) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) in daily job role
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

- Experience with data governance, compliance, and analytics best practices
- Experience with leveraging AI for data transformations and predictive analytics
