Job Title: Sales Development Representative/Inside Sales Rep.

Location: Goodyear, AZ

Pay: $23-25/hr. - Not including commission, details below

Work Environment:

  • Brand new office with a startup feel
  • Hours: Monday-Friday on-site 7am-4pm Mon-Th + 7am-11am Fri

Expected Start Date: 2-Weeks after offer is extended

Who We Are: We are a software technology company focused on providing payment solutions to businesses in the automotive marketplace. With more than 18,000 locations using our software to process payments and increase revenue via our integrated solutions, we offer both Pro and Light accounts to meet diverse business needs.

What You’ll Do: As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in transitioning our Light account customers to our new Light 2.0 platform. This free software update enhances their business by offering more financing options and additional features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Outreach: Contact Light account customers to introduce and set up the Light 2.0 software update.
  • Product Education: Explain the benefits of Light 2.0, including additional financing options like the First Mile Mastercard.
  • Support and Training: Provide training and support to customers during the transition process, ensuring they understand and can utilize new features such as text-to-apply options.
  • Goal Achievement: Aim to transition as many customers as possible to the Light 2.0 platform.
  • Reporting: Report to a direct manager and collaborate with them to manage the overall campaign.

What You Need:

  • A positive attitude and a desire to achieve results
  • A desire to build a career in sales
  • Ability to navigate search engines, CRMs, and other basic computer functions
  • Sales experience is preferred but open to a variety of skills
  • The ability to actively listen, seek information, ask questions, and solve problems

Ideal Candidates:

  • Individuals who are trainable/moldable, want to grow with the organization and build a career there, ability to take instruction and also work independently to create their own solutions.
  • Strong customer service (e.g., worked in retail or customer-facing jobs in the past)
  • Self-starter, motivated and has initiative
  • Money/sales motivated

Commission Info: We offer a competitive commission plan:

  • 1.1% of surcharging volume
  • 1.2% of cash discounting volume
  • A flat $300 per wholesale processing deal
