As a key contributor to our loan processing operations, you’ll help ensure that every step of the home loan journey is accurate, timely, and customer-focused. Your responsibilities will include:

• 🖥️ Performing routine data entry and validation tasks
• 📑 Initiating third-party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood certification, credit checks, etc.)
• 🔍 Reviewing and validating loan documents for accuracy
• 📬 Handling routine communications via calls, emails, and chat
• 📊 Monitoring work queues and stepping in when needed
• 🧩 Supporting other related duties as assigned
