Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Contracts Manager to oversee the initiation and processing of new contract requests, change orders, and manage contract drafting using Ariba and Icertis systems. This position offers a fully remote working arrangement and follows a standard Monday to Friday schedule, totaling 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Implement measures to motivate employees and enhance production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and efficiency.
- Review operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing issues.
- Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to identify production problems.
- Supervise, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, resolving personal grievances.
- Set and monitor product standards to ensure the quality of finished products.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
- Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control techniques for maximizing efficient manufacturing and distribution.
- Understanding of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with design techniques, tools, and principles involved in producing precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with tools for contract and change order initiation and processing, including Compass F&O, Adobe Sign, Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, Ariba, Icertis, and Excel.
This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, providing a balanced work-life routine. The position involves using advanced software tools such as Adobe PDF, Ariba, and iCertis to manage contracts efficiently.

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr.
