What You’ll Do:

• Connect with homeowners via phone, text, and email
• Use proven scripts and checklists to qualify interest
• Schedule appointments and track lead progress in simple systems
• Collaborate with a supportive team that values your input

Schedule & Pay:

• Training: 4 weeks | 8AM–5PM
• Post-training shifts: 7AM–4PM or 9AM–6PM
• Compensation: Hourly + performance bonuses
