Job Title: Civil EIT Land Development


Job Description

We are a locally owned collaborative design firm comprised of civil engineers, hydrologists, planners, landscape architects, and surveyors. Our diverse work portfolio includes master planned communities, urban infill development, high-end retail, hospitality and resort development, and public parks. We are currently growing and seeking talented and team-oriented civil engineers for early-career positions to assist our Land Development and Survey teams in the preparation of improvement plans.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of improvement plans for land development projects.
  • Collaborate with teams of civil engineers, planners, and surveyors.
  • Contribute to the design and development of master planned communities, urban infill, commercial, and residential sites.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • EIT Certification completed or in process.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in civil site design, grading, and drainage.
  • Knowledge of commercial and residential land development.
  • 5-7 years of experience in civil engineering design.
