CANDIDATES NEED TO SIT IN THE PHOENIX METRO AREA
Location: Phoenix, Arizona, 85009
Training: 4 to 5 weeks, 6am to 2:30pm, Mon-Fri, *onsite*
Schedule: Will be scheduled between 6am to 9pm 7 days a week *Fully Remote* - 8 hour shifts, 40 hours per week
Start Date: July 21st
Description
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for managing incoming service requests received via email and phone and accurately entering the information into our system for dispatch. You will provide excellent customer service by providing solutions to any customer concerns and adapting to new processes, as necessary. Service requests will be servicing commercial buildings.
Qualifications
- 1 year of admin/data entry experience
- 1 year of call center experience
- 1 year of experience working from home within the last 2 years.
