Entry-Level Machinist (6+ Months Experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, OT available on weekends 5:30AM-2:30PM,

We are hiring entry-level machinists who have at least 6 months of experience running any of the following:

CNC lathe

CNC mill

Manual machines

If you’ve operated machines in a school program, shop environment, or previous job you’re the type of candidate we want to talk to.

This role focuses on learning, growth, and building your machining skills while helping produce quality parts.

What You’ll Do

Operate CNC or manual machines (we’ll train you on additional equipment)

Assist with basic machine setup

Follow simple instructions, drawings, or work orders

Perform basic measurements and quality checks

Keep your work area clean and safe

Help with general shop duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

6+ months experience on CNC mills, lathes OR manual machines

Basic understanding of machine operation

Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Ability to read and speak English

Reliable and safety-focused

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
