Job Responsibilities
- Lead new technology transfers and production line setup across multiple modules or departments.
- Drive wafer-focused manufacturing improvements and ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering, process integration, and yield improvement teams to meet production and customer requirements.
- Apply equipment knowledge to enhance productivity and reduce cycle times.
- Develop and maintain scheduling systems that support capacity targets and reduce variability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering
- Current experience in High Volume Manufacturing for 300MM wafers and 29nm technology (or smaller)
- Strong knowledge of Production Line Activities and Processes in a Semiconductor environment
- Proficiency in Monitoring and Improving Manufacturing KPIs, such as Lost Efficiencies
- Strong proficiency in Dispatching Processes and Bottleneck Analyses
- Experience in Systematic Optimization to Enhance WIP Movement
- 8+ years of professional experience in Semiconductor Industry
- 2+ years of experience in People Management & Development
- Hands-on leadership style with a strong sense of ownership
- Willingness to be on-call during weekends and off-hours
Work Environment
This role is based in a fast-paced fabrication environment. This person may be required to be on-call during weekends and off-hours as needed. This position will include a year-one road map with training and development geared towards long-term success. After the initial first year of training onsite, this person may be asked to travel internationally for additional skill and business development.
