About the Role
We are seeking skilled L2 Data Center Technicians to support large‑scale network infrastructure buildouts and upgrades across data centers. This team plays a critical role in preparing for 400G and upcoming 800G network backhaul expansion, supporting the rapidly growing demand for cloud and AI workloads.
You’ll join a high‑performing group of technicians, engineers, and managers dedicated to delivering reliable, enterprise‑level data center operations. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role ideal for technicians who are passionate about hardware, networking, and solving complex technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Perform rack-and-stack for servers, switches, and related data center hardware.
Execute structured cabling, cable management, and hardware installations.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, network, and connectivity issues.
Work within ticketing queues to complete break/fix tasks efficiently.
Support ongoing network upgrades, including 400G and future 800G initiatives.
Collaborate with Data Center Managers, Technical Project Managers, and senior technicians across multiple shifts.
Follow and uphold all safety, compliance, and data center operating procedures.
Required Skills & Experience
1–2+ years of data center experience in an operations, hardware, or support role.
Strong break/fix experience and comfort working from a ticketing queue.
Hands‑on experience with:
Rack and stack
Cabling (fiber and copper)
Hardware diagnostics and replacement
Basic network troubleshooting
Networking knowledge or certifications (Network+, CCNA prep, or similar).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting large enterprise data center environments.
Familiarity with high‑capacity network infrastructure (100G/400G/800G).
Advanced network troubleshooting or certifications (CCNA/CCNP a plus).
