Job Description (3 Key Points):

• Train under top-producing mortgage bankers and learn proven sales strategies.
• Work with warm leads and guide clients through the loan process.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications:

• Sales experience required (any industry—retail, inside sales, commission-based, etc.).
• Outgoing, competitive, and motivated personality.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to learn.
