Job Title: IOP Phlebotomist

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

This position plays a vital role in patient care by ensuring accurate specimen collection and processing for laboratory testing. What You’ll Do

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection with precision and care.
• Accurately enter patient and specimen information into the computer system.
• Prepare and process samples for analytical testing; distribute specimens to appropriate departments.
• Conduct specified analytical tests as assigned.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and Code of Conduct standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience (experience with cancer patients preferred).
• Strong proficiency in blood draw techniques and specimen handling.
• High attention to detail and commitment to patient care.
• GED or High School Diploma required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.36/hr.
