Job Title: Phlebotomist

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated phlebotomists to join our team in a PSC setting, where you will be responsible for drawing blood from patients and performing specimen processing.



Responsibilities

  • Collect and receive biological specimens into the department.
  • Ensure proper entry of specimens into the computer system.
  • Prepare samples for analytical testing and distribute them to the appropriate analytical area.
  • Perform specified analytical testing as assigned.
  • Adhere to the guidelines of the Code of Conduct.


Essential Skills

  • Blood draw expertise.
  • Experience in specimen collection and processing.
  • Proficiency in phlebotomy and laboratory tasks.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.


Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (HSD) or General Educational Development (GED) certificate required.
  • Experience in patient care.


Work Environment

This position is located in Scottsdale, AZ, shift is Monday to Friday 7 AM - 4 PM. The role involves working inside a PSC, collaborating closely with coworkers. The organization values promoting from within for leadership roles.



Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, Arizona.

Compensation:$23.36
