Job Title: Metrology Technician
Job Description
The Metrology Technician is responsible for ensuring the quality, compliance, and robustness of precision injection molded components used in medical device and life science applications. This role supports new product introductions, process validation, and ongoing production quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead dimensional metrology activities.
- Support IQ/OQ/PQ validation studies.
- Perform statistical analysis of manufacturing performance.
- Collaborate with engineering, tooling, and operations teams.
- Ensure products consistently meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Strengthen manufacturing quality and drive continuous improvement.

- Proficiency in part print reading and GD&T
- Ability to analyze 2D parts to 3D
- Experience in developing validation processes and protocols
Work Environment
This position is on-site with a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The role involves working closely with the quality manager and technician, engaging in client problem-solving, and collaborating with motivated, cross-functional engineering teams.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
