Brief Overview
Job Title: Technical Support Specialist (Payments/POS)
Start Date: 02/16/2026
Location: Tempe, AZ 85281
Shift: Mon–Fri within 7:00 AM–5:00 PM AZ (typically 8–5)
Job Description:
- Troubleshoot terminals/firmware/software for POS devices; resolve issues via phone/email/video.
- Document cases in CRM/ticketing; meet SLAs and provide exceptional customer support.
- Assist with implementations/installations; coordinate with internal teams and POS/VAR partners.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year customer service
- 1+ year technical troubleshooting; Microsoft Office; CRM/ticketing; payments/POS
- Bilingual preferred.
Duration: 90 days
Type: Contract‑to‑Hire
Workplace: On‑site
This is not an IT help desk role—it’s hands‑on support for payments hardware/software in a fast‑moving, customer‑facing environment. Training includes two weeks side‑by‑side with senior specialists to set you up for success.
