Specialty Drug Advocate

Start Date: March 9, 2026

Location: Tempe, AZ 85284

Shift: Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

Work Setting: On‑site

Role Overview

You will support members, providers, and pharmacies to secure funding for specialty medications, ensuring applications and approvals move quickly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach to members and providers to guide them through medication assistance programs.
• Submit and track MAP/PAP documentation; coordinate with PBMs and pharmacies for claim approval.
• Document all interactions thoroughly to keep cases moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Outbound call experience and strong customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic math
• Ability to communicate clearly, follow processes, and work in a call‑center environment

This is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
