Project Manager

Description

• Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion, serving as the Integrated Program Manager (IPM) for multi‑disciplinary sub‑IPMs across technical, manufacturing, and administrative project areas.
• Lead and manage a cross‑functional test team, including project management, electrical, software, mechanical, and other engineering disciplines.
• Oversee and coordinate the administrative and operational aspects of ongoing projects to ensure alignment with established program guidelines.
• Partner with program leadership, finance, planning, and sub‑IPMs to execute Earned Value Management (EVM) and ensure accurate project performance tracking.
• Analyze program and performance data to identify solutions, recommend process improvements, and optimize overall efficiency and execution.
• Facilitate project tasks across functional organizations, ensuring alignment with program objectives, timelines, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate the development and preparation of proposals, business plans, statements of work, specifications, operating budgets, and contractual terms and conditions.
• Communicate Test Systems metrics, progress, and performance results to executive leadership, functional leads, program stakeholders, and customers.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Tucson, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Tucson,AZ.
