Overview:

The Software Engineer will assist in maintaining and enhancing existing software applications as well as help building new features.


What You’ll Be Doing:

Work with cross functional teams to develop functional requirements into the system.

Investigate and resolve software errors in application systems.

Participate in the support for any software issues that may arise in all environments from development through to production.


Top 3 Skills:

  • Application Development using C#.NET and .NET Core
  • Fullstack development experience including JavaScript and SQL knowledge.
    • Preferably React.JS on the front-end
  • Solid understanding of Cloud applications with experience in AWS (preferred) or Azure environments.

Duration:

  • 9month contract then conversion to a fulltime hire.

Location:

  • This will sit in our facility in Agoura Hills, CA, or Texas. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite daily.

Technical Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience C#
  • 5+ years of MS Sql Server development experience
  • 5+ years designing medium to large applications
  • Ability to quickly analyze, design and develop Microsoft based applications to solve business needs
  • Able work in a team of local and remote developers working in a Scrum team(s)
  • Experience with Visual Studio and .NET framework
  • Ability to build RESTful services, WCF services, and web applications using C#
  • Advanced MS SQL server skills
  • Experience with delegates, thread management, multi-threading using Parallel libraries
  • Solid understanding of object oriented principles and design patterns
  • Able to build service oriented applications, n-tier architecture, web services, and consume web services (SOAP and REST)
  • Ability to work directly with customers to develop requirements and design then deliver end to end solutions
  • Analyzes information and provides recommendations to address technical and business issues
  • Experience working with a team to build, test, and document application functionality



Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $72/hr.
