Job Title: CNC SupervisorJob Description

As a CNC Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and actively participating in CNC operations, programming, and scheduling within a high-end job shop environment.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise CNC operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Participate in CNC programming and scheduling activities.
  • Ensure high-quality fabrication processes are maintained.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize CNC machine performance.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in supervision within a CNC environment.
  • Proficiency in CNC fabrication and programming.
  • Knowledge of CNC machines and programming software, specifically Gibbscam.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with CNC Machines, including 5 Axis machines, DMG, 4 Horizontal, and 5 VTL.
  • Familiarity with high-end job shop environments.

The work environment is very clean and organized, mainly focusing on full builds for medical devices and government contracts. You will work with advanced CNC machines, including 2 5 Axis machines, DMG, 4 Horizontal, 5 VTL, and high-end pallet changes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Brea, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/yr.

Company will provide benefits package at time of offer to candidate

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Brea,CA.
