Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Salary: $34 per hour

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to serve as a Clinic Supervisor in our outpatient setting. This role involves triage for the clinic, overseeing hospital and urgent care coordination, and performing Medical Assistant (MA) tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have outpatient and clinic experience, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and be ready to lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct triage for clinic patients, ensuring timely and appropriate care.
• Coordinate hospital and urgent care referrals and transitions.
• Perform various Medical Assistant (MA) tasks to support clinic operations.
• Supervise and provide guidance in the LVN role.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in patient care and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficiency and quality care.

Qualifications:

• Active LVN license in California.
• Previous experience in outpatient and clinic settings.
• Strong leadership skills with a readiness to take on supervisory responsibilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers.kh
