What We Do/Project
This position is central to enabling a more efficient, scalable, and accurate digital content supply chain. You will help streamline how content is prepared, validated, delivered, and maintained across digital platforms, supporting timely releases, improved data quality, and stronger operational transparency.
Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role
What You'll Do:
Process Analysis & Workflow Mapping
• Lead end to end analysis of existing digital content workflows, documenting steps, dependencies, pain points, and data touchpoints.
• Map multiple ingestion and content-availability paths and identify opportunities for automation and standardization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure processes support accurate, timely, and scalable digital content delivery.
Requirements Gathering & Functional Design
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into clear, actionable business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with technical teams to support solution design, ensuring requirements are feasible, well defined, and aligned to project goals.
• Help define future state workflows, data models, and system interactions related to content availability, rights information, and digital asset distribution.
Project Management
• Manage project timelines, stakeholder communication, and delivery milestones across multiple parallel workstreams.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions, drive alignment, track dependencies, and manage risks and issues.
• Support testing, validation, and rollout of new tools, enhancements, or processes.
Operational Support & Documentation
• Develop clear process documentation, workflow diagrams, requirement artifacts, and user-facing materials.
• Ensure operational teams are prepared for new processes and system behaviors through training and knowledge transfer.
• Help establish operational best practices that improve accuracy, reduce manual work, and enhance visibility into digital content operations.
Must Have Skills / Requirements
1) 5-10 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or hybrid BA/PM.
2) Proven success leading complex, multi-team projects from discovery through delivery.
3) Experience with digital media operations, content distribution, publishing workflows, or licensing processes-strongly preferred.
4) Exceptional ability to break down complex workflows and identify automation opportunities.
5) Strong skills in requirements documentation, process mapping, and cross-functional facilitation
Soft Skills:
1) Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
2) A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Education / Certifications
1) Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field; advanced degree a plus.
