Description
Client Support Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing client service operations while ensuring an exceptional experience that reflects the professionalism and quality of the company's brand. This role manages client interactions, order processing, internal coordination, and continuous improvement of client support processes while acting as a key liaison between clients, sales, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Represent the brand and product line with professionalism, expertise, and integrity to both existing and prospective customers. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products to support client inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses to inquiries. Communicate with clients through multiple channels, including phone and email, to provide support, updates, and solutions. Manage the order and quoting process, including processing client orders, generating quotes, and fulfilling quote requests from the distribution network. Monitor and resolve client issues and escalations, ensuring root causes are identified and corrected. Oversee team of 6 individuals, handling KPIS Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales and internal departments (sales, operations, shipping, etc.) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
