Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with formal project management training, ideally PMBOK, and preferably holding PMP Certification. The role demands leading cross-functional product development projects from inception to completion, demonstrating a successful track record with multiple projects managed concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product development projects from inception to completion.
• Manage multiple projects, objectives, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Recognize, summarize, and articulate trades in terms of quality, scope, time, and budget.
• Build credibility and positive working relationships, influencing stakeholders and team members at all levels.
• Communicate objectives, priorities, and progress clearly and effectively.
• Present effectively in front of management and key customers.

Essential Skills

• Experience with Stage-gate
• 5+ years of experience in leading cross-functional projects.
• Experience in biotechnology/life science industry.
• Experience in product manufacturing environments.
• Experience working in GMP or laboratory environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management tools and software.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• PMP Certification preferred.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Work Environment

The role requires working in a product manufacturing environment, specifically within biotechnology or life science sectors, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven, capable of using project management tools and software efficiently.
