NOW Hiring : Medical Device Assembler

Job Description

We are looking for a Detail‑oriented Medical Device Production Technician to support the manufacturing of high‑quality medical products, including catheter components assembled under a microscope. In this role, you will follow strict procedures, work closely with engineers, and help ensure every device meets quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, production drawings, Good Documentation Practices, and all safety requirements.
• Complete training for production tasks, including material identification, microscope work, and inspection tool usage.
• Set up and operate production equipment while performing in‑process inspections.
• Document work accurately and completely.
• Collaborate with Engineers and Supervisors to maintain product quality and resolve issues.
• Assist with process documentation development.
• Perform inventory counts as needed.
• Handle additional duties as requested.

Essential Skills

• Experience in small‑component assembly and inspection.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and SOP compliance.
• Hands‑on experience with microscope assembly and catheter assembly.
• Knowledge of line clearance procedures and adhesives such as Loctite.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

2nd shift (2:30 pm–10:30 pm).

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
