Job Description

We are seeking a curious and motivated Junior Civil or Environmental Engineer to join our small, mission-driven team. Responsibilities

• Assist in the design of water, wastewater, and civil infrastructure systems.
• Support pipeline hydraulics and mechanical piping layout work.
• Draft and review civil drawings using AutoCAD, with Civil 3D being a plus.
• Conduct site visits and assist with field investigations.
• Collaborate closely with experienced engineers and leadership.
• Take initiative and contribute across technical and non-technical areas.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience, including internships.
• Interest in water/wastewater systems and public infrastructure.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Civil 3D is a plus.

Work Environment

The work environment is collaborative and dynamic, focusing on hands-on experience and direct mentorship from experienced civil engineers. You will be engaged in both office-based design work and field investigations, providing a balanced exposure to various aspects of civil and environmental engineering projects.
