Manufacturing Tech

Join a dynamic team as a Manufacturing Tech where you will assist machine operators with the offloading of materials, adhere to safety regulations, and handle various tasks that include mixing, blending, and compounding products. You will work in a diverse flavor environment that includes scents like vanilla, garlic, and fish oil.

• Assist machine operators with offloading materials.
• Abide by all safety regulations and rules.
• Manually move buckets and vats of flavors.
• Assist with mixing, blending, and compounding of products.
• Perform various duties around the facility as needed.
• Clean facility and clean bowls after food production.
• Assist machine operators and handle material movements.

• Experience in food manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments.
• Ability to read documentation and work orders.
• Comfortable with mixing, lifting, production, and manufacturing tasks.
• Knowledge of GMP and FDA regulations.
• Material handling and compounding experience.

• Experience with blending and following recipes.
• Proficient in using a tablet.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs consistently.
• Use of beard mask or maintain no beard.

Work on the 2nd shift with potential requirements for overtime and weekend work. During high production periods, expect to work 12-hour days and Saturdays. This role is in a flavors and fragrances environment, requiring the use of PPE, though strong scents will be present.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CERRITOS, CA.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
