May include:
- Call on HVAC Dealers and Contractors. Also Training them on GSD's aftermarket Product offering
- Set strategic direction and management of execution of programs to Branch Managers and CSR's
- Work with and train branch personnel in support of aftermarket business. This includes TM's, BM, CSR's, and ROM's
- Responsible for through-the-shop and over-the-counter parts sales, cores, parts stocking, ordering, development of programs and implementation of corporate sponsored programs
- Responsible for developing and implementing sales plans for the aftermarket business to ensure attainment of both sales and margins objectives.
- Work with local vendors and manufacturer's Representatives to provide support to branches and customer base.
- Participate in additional projects to support ongoing business needs
- Takes direction from RM and VP, Parts.
- Works within broad base parameters.
- Expected to lead this business segment for the region.
- Works within knowledge and parameters provided by VP of Aftermarket Parts and Supplies
- HVAC Product Knowledge
- Dealer/contractor knowledge
- Excellent sales knowledge, customer, and relationship management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Understanding gross margin, P&L
- Excel and related computer skills - MS Office Word, PowerPoint
- Effective collaboration and team building skills.
- Ability to apply good judgement, strong work ethics and integrity on the job
- 5 + years in HVAC industry
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if experience is extensive-5+ years in sales and HVAC
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to travel to multi-cities and states, including overnight travel - approximately 60 % - 70% of time.
- $70,000.00 - $87,500.00
