Outbound Sales Agent

Position Overview

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Environment: On‑site

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $21.00 per hour
• Performance Incentives:
  • $20 per qualified transfer
  • $40 per qualified transfer from aged leads
• Pay Schedule: Bi‑weekly

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound calls to prospective customers using provided lead lists or dialer systems
• Proactively engage prospects by identifying needs, building rapport, and presenting products or services effectively
• Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and determining eligibility or interest
• Overcome objections through persuasive, value‑based communication and problem‑solving
• Transfer qualified prospects or close sales in accordance with company processes
• Accurately document call outcomes, customer information, and follow‑up actions in CRM systems
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and revenue goals
• Maintain compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and call‑quality standards
• Follow up with prospects as required to nurture leads and maximize conversion opportunities
• Collaborate with sales leadership and team members to improve scripts, strategies, and overall performance

Qualifications & Skills

• 1–2 years of sales or call center experience preferred
• Entry‑level candidates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
• Prior tax or financial services experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment
• Strong verbal communication, professionalism, and reliability

This is a Permanent position based out of Costa Mesa, CA.

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $43680.00/yr.

PTO, health and dental options, sick pay

This is a fully onsite position in Costa Mesa,CA.
