Sr. Marketing Specialist (Digital & Performance Marketing)
The Sr. Marketing Specialist will own and optimize digital marketing initiatives across paid media (PPC), SEO, lead generation, content coordination, analytics, and market research. This role is ideal for a data‑driven performance marketer who thrives in results‑focused environments, understands regulated or professional‑services industries, and can translate insights into measurable growth and pipeline impact.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media (PPC & Paid Search)
- Develop, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and retargeting platforms
- Own budgets, bidding strategies, keyword expansion, A/B testing, ad copy optimization, and landing page alignment
- Continuously improve cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and ROI in a competitive legal/tax services market
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Lead on‑page, technical, and content SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and site traffic
- Conduct keyword research focused on high‑intent and service‑driven search terms
- Partner with content and web teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital properties
Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
- Optimize end‑to‑end lead funnels, from first engagement through intake and conversion
- Collaborate with sales and intake teams to improve lead quality and close rates
- Test and refine landing pages, forms, CTAs, and attribution models
Content Coordination
- Coordinate content across blogs, service pages, email campaigns, and digital advertising
- Ensure content supports SEO, PPC, and demand generation goals
- Maintain consistent brand voice aligned with compliance and industry standards
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain performance dashboards using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, CRM data, and ad platforms
- Track KPIs including CPL, CAC, conversion rates, ROAS, organic traffic, and lead quality
- Deliver weekly and monthly reporting with clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging growth opportunities
- Identify new channels, keywords, and campaign strategies
- Provide data‑backed strategic recommendations to leadership
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, with strong focus on PPC and SEO
- Proven success driving qualified leads in performance‑marketing environments
- Confident experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear strategy and action
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in legal services, tax, financial services, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and call‑tracking tools
- Experience optimizing landing pages, CRO, and conversion funnels
- Local SEO and multi‑location marketing experience

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
