What We Do/Project

We are seeking a hands on temporary professional to help build the structure and foundation that enables effective visualization and reporting for our International Local Production (LOP) slate. This role is focused on organizing data, creating repeatable reporting frameworks, and producing executive ready dashboards and presentation materials to support monthly leadership reporting.

Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role
• Build and organize data structures that support consistent visualization and reporting across the International LOP slate
• Create and maintain Excel based dashboards, trackers, and reporting views used for monthly leadership updates
• Develop clear, well structured PowerPoint materials that present financial and operational information in a concise, visual format
• Help stand up reporting templates, formats, and frameworks that enable scalable and repeatable reporting
• Support financial planning views (investment, cash, P&L) through structured and presentation ready materials
• Coordinate with cross functional partners to gather inputs and ensure reporting materials are accurate and aligned

Must Have Skills / Requirements
1) Experience in Financial Modeling
a. 5+ years of experience
2) Deck creation and presentation experience
a. 5+ years of experience
3) Analytical Thinking with Emphasis on Attention to Detail
a. 5+ years of experience

Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements
1) Power BI experience is a plus, but not required
2) Experience leveraging AI within similar Finance roles.

Soft Skills:
1) Experience in reporting, data structuring, finance operations, or similar support roles
2) Highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable building reporting structures from the ground up
3) Able to execute with direction and deliver high quality materials on tight timelines in a fast-paced environment

Technology Requirements:
1) Strong Excel skills, particularly in building dashboards and organizing large datasets for visualization
2) Proven ability to create polished, executive ready PowerPoint presentations

Education / Certifications
1) Degree in finance-related field.
