Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and technically skilled Quality Analyst to join our team. The role involves assisting with internal audit preparations, especially for NADCAP audits, and managing nonconformance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance within a manufacturing setting and be adept at using Excel.
Responsibilities
- Assist with internal audit preparation for NADCAP audits.
- Manage and address nonconformance issues.
- Analyze the Quality Management System (QMS) to identify and address gaps.
- Experience with Excel and technical proficiency.
- Background in quality assurance within a manufacturing setting.
- Experience with NADCAP and ISO 9001 standards.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO audits.
- Engineering Degree preferred.
- Background in aerospace or defense manufacturing.
- Desirable experience in welding.
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

This is a Contract position based out of El Cajon, California.
Compensation:$40
